About us
We’re Leigh and Bertha, the husband-and-wife team behind Cheesecake Galore. What started as a hobby and a love for making delicious cheesecakes has grown into a family business that gives us the opportunity to do something we love while serving our community. Leigh was born and raised right here in Anderson, South Carolina, and proudly served 20 years in the United States Navy before retiring. Bertha spent 16 years working with Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in California before our family made Anderson home.
Family is at the heart of everything we do. We are blessed with four children, ranging in age from 7 to 27. Our faith, family, and community are an important part of who we are. As a church-going family, we feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to build a business together while doing something we genuinely enjoy.
Every cheesecake we make is handcrafted with care, whether it’s a personal-sized treat, a full-size cheesecake for a celebration, or something sweet just because. We are incredibly thankful for the support Anderson and the surrounding communities have shown our family and Cheesecake Galore. From our family to yours, thank you for supporting our dream.
